Threadity Clothing does not accept returns on any items unless there is a flaw in the production of the item. In the case that their is a flaw please reach out to us with photo evidence of the item. Returns must be made within 14 days of the arrival of your item.

How It Works

During Busy times expect delays.

For custom Items please allow up to 4 weeks for the item(s) to be created then another few business days for shipping.

Currently we DO NOT ship internationally.

We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.

Once you have completed your order we are unable to change the shipping address.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Information You Need to Know

Thank you for displaying interest into Threadity Clothing.

Our Warranty covers any damage or workmanships errors in products. Our warranty only covers damage in products that have been purchased in the past 30 days and have been used "a regular amount". Meaning if you destroy your product we will not replace it.

In order for you to obtain said warranty you must contact us with evidence. We will then work with you to figure out what is best for you.
